The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint as Data Processor for the processing of the personal data managed for the purposes of technical assistance, maintenance, technical management and similar of this Website, a web agency, whose references may be communicated following a request to the addresses mentioned above.

COMPLAINTS Complaint (Art. 77 of the GDPR):

The complaint does not prejudice the administrative and jurisdictional actions, which for the Italian State may alternatively propose to the same the Data Protection Authority or to the competent Court.

PROFILING YES (consent) The personal data provided with this form will be subject to profiling.
Profiling allows the Data Controller to evaluate certain personal aspects of the Data Subject in particular to his/her preferences, interests, tastes with reference to the products sold and the activities carried out by the Data Controller, in order to allow the Data Controller to offer the Data Subject a more specific sales service, which is aimed at his/her needs.
