- To confirm the reservation, the full tour balance is required at the booking confirmation;
- In case of cancellation up to 11 days before the date scheduled for the tour, no penalty is applied and the amount paid is fully refunded;
- In case of cancellation from 10 days, up to 7 hours before the date scheduled, 50% of the total amount will be retained;
- In case of cancellation 6 days before the date scheduled, or for no-show, the full amount is retained;
- In case navigation is not possible due to strong wind or weather events, causing damage or danger, the option of cancellation due to bad weather may be chosen. The Responsible will decide if the excursion need to be deleted, after checking lake and weather’s conditions. In this case, if the tour is cancelled, we’ll provide a full refund of the paid amount.
- If food or drinks have already been purchased, this cost will not be refunded but food and drinks can be collected directly in our offices
- The cancellation policies are also valid in case of:
– excessive alcohol level at the time of boarding or during the tour
– dangerous or inappropriate behavior on board
– changes to the number of participants
